Q: May I buy landscape lights or other products directly from you?

A: Yes. We offer full support for Escort Lighting fixtures and can help in configuration of your custom system. Escort Lighting fixtures are fully compatible with all existing low voltage (12 volt) systems.

 

Q: Do you design and build custom lighting?

A: Alterations and custom work are welcomed. Supply us with a sketch and we will supply you with a quote and lead time.

 

Q: How do you handle repairs?

A: In the unfortunate event that one of your fixtures becomes damaged, simply remove and return it to us for prompt repair. Normally, these repairs are done at no cost to you. If there is a charge, you will be contacted in advance of the repair being completed.

 

Q: How do I purchase replacement bulbs or LED lamps?

A: You may purchase a variety of replacement lamps directly from escortlighting.com. We strive to ship all lamp orders within one day of your confirmation.

  

Q: Do you have a printed catalog?

A: Yes. Email your request and mailing address to info@escortlighting.com or call 800.856.7948 for a free copy.

 

Q: Do you have a retail showroom?

A: We do not have a retail showroom. If you are in the local area and would like to visit, please call in advance for an appointment.

 

Q: Are Escort Lighting fixtures UL approved?

A: Yes. All low voltage Escort Lighting fixtures are UL tested and approved for the United States and Canada.
